Subscription Policy
(Last Revised: 8 February, 2026)


This Subscription Policy constitutes a legal agreement between Short Entertainment Ltd. ("Company", "we" or
"us") and the user of the Company's mobile application and web platform (respectively, "User", "you" and
"App"). This Subscription Policy governs all Paid Subscriptions (as defined herein) offered by the Company and
is subject to the End User License Agreement ("EULA"), which is incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized
terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning given to them in the EULA.
By purchasing a Paid Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this Subscription Policy.
This Subscription Policy should be read carefully. To the extent this Subscription Policy conflicts with the EULA,
this Subscription Policy shall take precedence.
We reserve the right to amend or revise this Subscription Policy periodically, at our discretion. Any such
amendments will become effective as of the "Last Revised" date indicated at the top of this Subscription Policy.
If, at our discretion, the changes are material or required by law, we will make a reasonable effort to provide
written notice through your account or by sending an electronic notification. We recommend that you review
this Subscription Policy periodically, as your continued use of the App and Services after the "Last Revised" date
will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.

1. Paid Subscription
1.1 The Company provides a rich variety of short drama movies and series, including but not limited to
searching, browsing, and viewing digital film and television works ("Services").
1.2 Some of the Services are provided to you free-of-charge, while other premium Services are provided as
subscriptions based on subscription fees ("Paid Subscription") on various billing cycles, which can be
purchased either directly in the App through one of the mobile stores (i.e., Apple or Google) ("Stores") or
through our App webpage ("Web").
1.3 The specific features and limitations included in the Paid Subscription are clearly displayed on our
subscriptions page within the App.
1.4 You can view your current Paid Subscription status and billing cycle date in your device settings if you
purchased your Paid Subscription through one of the Stores, or if you purchased it via the Web it will be
under account settings.

2. Trial Period
2.1 From time to time, we may offer trials of Paid Subscriptions for a specified period, either free of charge or
at a reduced rate (each, a "Trial"). Each Trial is made available in connection with a Paid Subscription. If
you are eligible for a Trial and choose to utilize such an offer, your Trial period will begin as soon as you
purchase a Paid Subscription.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify or terminate Trial offers at any time and for any reason. We recommend
checking the subscription offers in the App or Web (as applicable) before purchasing a Paid Subscription.
Upon conclusion of your Trial period, you will automatically be charged for your Paid Subscription, unless
you cancel at least 24 hours prior to such renewal.

3. Subscription Billing Cycles
3.1 The available types of Paid Subscriptions will be displayed on the Subscription page within the App or on
the Web, as applicable. We may offer the following billing cycles for Paid Subscription purchases: weekly,
every two (2) weeks, monthly, or other alternatives displayed to you and agreed upon prior to your Paid
Subscription purchase.

3.2 Your Paid Subscription begins as soon as you sign up for the subscribed services and your initial payment is
processed (or immediately after the conclusion of the Trial, if applicable).
3.3 Your Paid Subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle in accordance with
your Paid Subscription plan and billing cycle, without notice, until you cancel. The Company will
automatically charge you the applicable rate for your plan, plus any applicable taxes (as set forth under the
EULA), on each renewal date of the billing cycle and until you cancel your Paid Subscription.

4. Transfer of Subscription; Payment Method; Invoices
4.1 Payments for Paid Subscription purchases made through any of the Stores are handled by the respective
Store, according to its terms and the currency set in your account. The Company has no control over these
transactions and cannot be held responsible for any related issues. Once your payment is processed, you
will receive a confirmation directly from the Store. For invoices, please contact the applicable Store’s
customer support.
4.2 For purchases made through the Web, only payment methods supported by Stripe are currently accepted.
Paid Subscription prices are listed and charged in the currency displayed on the payment page. If you
specified a different currency with your credit card provider, the actual charge will be in that currency,
subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. The Company does not control or take
responsibility for the currency used, and you will have no claims regarding this. You hereby authorize the
Company to automatically charge your payment method(s) through our third-party payment processor at
the beginning of each billing cycle, until you cancel your Paid Subscription. If your payment method fails,
we may suspend your Paid Subscription.
4.3 Upon successful payment of your Paid Subscription, an invoice will be sent to the email address you
provided when you signed up via the Web. It is your responsibility to retain copies of these invoices.

5. Changes in Prices
5.1 The Company reserves the right to change any or all of the Paid Subscription prices (including, without
limitation, by way of canceling any Trials), where such change will only apply to each renewal or any new
purchase of Paid Subscription. In the event of such a price change, we will notify you prior to the renewal
of your Paid Subscription so that you may cancel the Paid Subscription if you wish to do so.

6. How to Cancel your Subscriptions
6.1 In order to cancel your Paid Subscription, please follow the instructions below:
6.1.1 You can manage or cancel your Paid Subscription in your profile, in any time, by navigating to:
Profile > Unsubscribe. Please ensure you unsubscribe before the end of your current Paid
Subscription period to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
6.1.2 Paid Subscriptions purchased through one of the Stores are managed by the respective Store and
can be accessed and canceled in your device’s settings or within the applicable Store.
6.1.3 Please note that cancellations will only take place at the end of the current billing cycle, so you will
continue to have access until the end of that billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the
renewal.
6.1.4 Paid Subscription cancellation is not automatically eligible for a refund, and a refund will only be
issued in accordance with any applicable law. It is hereby clarified that, to the extent permitted by
applicable law, no refund will be provided for any partial Paid Subscription periods or unused
services, even if you choose to cancel before the end of the current billing cycle.
6.1.5 If you need further assistance with cancellation of your Paid Subscription, please contact our
customer support at support@shortical.com.

6.1.6 Please note that uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your Paid Subscription.
6.2 Upon signing up for and purchasing a Paid Subscription, you become a subscriber of the App and receive
immediate access to the Services. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit your statutory
right of withdrawal, in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Economic Area, and you
expressly waive this right by accepting our EULA. Consequently, you will not be eligible for a refund based
on a statutory right of withdrawal.
6.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, any fees paid for your purchase of a Paid Subscription plan are
non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for any partial Paid Subscriptions. To read more on the

7. Governing Law
The provisions of the Dispute Resolution Section set forth in our EULA shall govern this Subscription Policy with
respect to governing law and dispute resolution. Other than as expressly provided in this Subscription Policy, all
use of the App shall be subject to and governed by the terms and conditions of our EULA.
